Question for same household

When a guest is making a reservation on your website – you can ask them if their party is in the same household. This might be very useful information for you to have in order to plan your service and to help the guests keeping social distance while enjoying the visit to your restaurant.

To add this question into the booking process, go to your Settings, click on: 

→ Restaurant 

→ Online Booking

→ Settings

→ General

→ Click in the box next to the text “Mark booking as same household" 

Now you will be able to write the question in the box under this text. It needs to be written in a yes or no question form. Don’t forget to write the question in every language you have available in your system by clicking on the different language flags.

 

 

The booking process will now start with this question and the guest will need to answer before they can proceed.

 

 

When you are making a reservation for a guest, you will of course also have the possibility to add this important question with an easy click.
