Reserve with Google integration allows you to offer online booking in the Google ecosystem and have reservations made there automatically transferred into your restaurant's Gastroplanner account.

Due to the differences in the design of Gastroplanner and Reserve with Google, some of the functionalities we offer in Gastroplanner cannot be reproduced in Reserve with Google.
Before you decide to ask for Reserve with Google integration, read the information below, which describes the discrepancies between both systems and assess whether your restaurant is ready to work under these limited conditions:
- Changes to your availability made in Gastroplanner will take place in Reserve with Google after midnight.
- Reserve with Google allows bookings up to 30 days in advance.
- Reserve with Google does not support payments for online bookings. Booking slots with payments associated will not be offered in RwG.
- Reserve with Google does not support Preorder Menu. Booking slots with Preorder Menu will not be offered in RwG.
- Reserve with Google does not support Seats offerings. Your Options -> Restaurant: "Select what you offer via online booking" must be set to Tables.
- Reserve with Google will offer Seating Times based on all Gastroplanner settings with the exception of Restaurant -> Seating hours -> Custom seating time and Booking Templates -> Custom seating time. A default Seating time from Restaurant -> Seating hours -> Default or your Booking Templates will be used instead.
- Bookings made with Reserve with Google will only contain the guest's first name, last name and email address.
- Booking slots can only be open or closed in Reserve with Google. Applying statuses such as ‘Call’, or ‘Waiting list’ on certain Seating Times or Sessions in Gastroplanner will result in closing them in Reserve with Google.
- You can offer Reserve with Google reservations up to 15 guests per single booking. Reserve with Google takes PAX limit from Settings -> Options -> Bookings -> Maximum number of people. If your limit is set for more than 15 guests, we will automatically set it to 15 for Reserve with Google. Limits set in any other system areas, for example Booking Templates or Seating On/Off will not influence the PAX of your restaurant in Reserve with Google.
- Bookings made with Reserve with Google will only have Confirmed or Cancelled status. Choosing any other booking status will not be communicated to your guests.
- Guests marked as unwanted will be able to book with you using Reserve with Google.
- If you close your online booking in Gastroplanner, Reserve with Google will still display the ‘Book’ button, however, all booking slots will be greyed out.
- Restaurant -> Online Booking -> Settings -> General: Block multiple booking for the same session and phone number (v2 only) will be ignored for Reserve with Google bookings.
- Restaurant -> Online Booking -> Settings -> General: How long before booking starts customer can cancel will be ignored for Reserve with Google bookings.
- Restaurant -> Online Booking -> Settings -> General: Max party size of booking for cancellation will be ignored for Reserve with Google bookings.
